The Organizing Committee of the 2026 IEEE International Conference ROPEC invites students, researchers, and practitioners worldwide to submit abstracts of investigations for consideration for presentation in the poster session.
The Technical Committee will establish a review process to determine which posters are accepted. In addition, a Best Poster Award will be granted based on technical quality and presentation.

Poster submissions are open to:
- Students, undergraduate or graduate
- Professionals and researchers, including academics, industry professionals, and technical staff
Requirements
Submitted works must comply with the following requirements:
- The work must be original and unpublished.
- Contributions may include preliminary results, case studies, technological developments, advanced class projects, or prototypes.
- At least one author must register for the conference.
- The first author must present the poster during the poster session.
Abstract Submission
Abstracts must be written in English, limited to one page, and must not include images.
After acceptance, posters must be submitted in PDF format through EasyChair. All poster content must be presented in English.

Poster Fee
The poster fee covers event registration.
- Poster fee: 130 USD
Authors are responsible for printing and transporting their poster for the session.

Technical Specifications
- Size: 90 cm wide × 120 cm high
- Orientation: Portrait
- Material: Matte paper or light fabric; glossy material is not recommended
- Suggested fonts: Arial, Montserrat, Calibri, or Roboto
- Title font size: 80 pt, sans serif
- Subtitle font size: 40 pt
- Body text: Minimum 28 pt
- Language: English
- Required logos: ROPEC 2026 and institutional affiliations

Design Recommendations
- Use a maximum of three main colors.
- Use figures with a minimum resolution of 600 DPI.
- The poster should be understandable in 3–5 minutes from a distance of 1–1.5 m.
Logistics and Ethics
Participants should observe the following recommendations:
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before the session for poster mounting.
- Business casual attire is recommended.
- Posters must not contain excessive commercial or offensive content.
