ROPEC 2026: Paper and Poster Submission Deadline Approaching — July 24

The Organizing Committee of the 2026 IEEE Autumn Meeting on Power, Electronics, and Computing (ROPEC 2026) invites students, researchers, and practitioners worldwide to submit full papers and posters for presentation at the conference in the areas of Power, Electronics, and Computing.

We are pleased to announce that the submission deadline for full papers and posters has been extended to Friday, July 24, 2026.

Accepted full papers will be assigned by the Technical Program Committee for oral presentation. All accepted and presented full papers that meet IEEE quality requirements will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.

Poster submissions will provide an additional forum for students, researchers, and practitioners to present preliminary results, ongoing projects, applied developments, and research advances related to the conference topics.


Venue: Morelia, Mexico

  • Acceptance notification: August 24, 2026
  • Final paper submission and registration deadline: September 14, 2026

PAPER AND POSTER SUBMISSION

The paper title and abstract must be written in English for the paper and poster submission. The body of the paper may be written in English or Spanish. Full papers are limited to 6 pages and must be submitted in PDF format through EasyChair for the review process:
